Accelerate Your Metabolism

Metabolism is the process by which your body burns calories. The easiest and fastest way to lose weight is to boost your metabolism. Without further ado, here are the steps to achieve significant weight loss with a faster metabolism.

1) Drink Cold Water between bites - Cold Water does wonders for your metabolism and ensures you feel fuller faster so you can reduce your portion size.

2) Do Cardiovascular Training early in the morning - This ensures your body burns calories all throughout the day. This is the key folks! Elevating your heartbeat for 15-30 minutes an hour before having breakfast will obliterate those love handles, If you have time, level this off with some resistance training (push-ups, weights) during the evening.
